- Power Supply and Captive Power. i) 5000 KVA power sanctioned on 33KVA Grid system. ii) Further, provision for 100% power back-up has been made through DG Sets.
- Fire Fighting Sprinkler and fire detection system will be provided in the basement area and common area only as per NBCC. For firefighting & sprinkler services in Office area, provisions will be made up to service shaft on each floor.
- Wash room Gents / Ladies Toilet on each floor Washroom water and waste water piping will be provided.
- Security System shall be provided for car entry and exit.
